When you submit the planning or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence, business or organization name, sector, timeline, budget range, and notes, so that we can review your request and follow up manually about your Rwanda business setup.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request and, where appropriate, to route you toward qualified local professionals or relevant soft-landing services. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the party needed to make an introduction you asked about, and where required by law.
Analytics
We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This helps us see which guides are useful; it is not used to identify you personally.
Your choices
